With increasing pressure and economic demands from the global market, an African mining operation focuses its efforts to transform. The engagement focused on developing an adult-based training program, including extensive hands-on coaching, that was deigned to specifically address learning outcomes, learning application, and knowledge transfer.

The scope of work included the training and development of over 320 employees at 3 different operating locations., as well as the development of 31 internal coaches - whose mission is to sustain the results.
