Seeking to avoid the pitfalls of a strategic plant outage, an asset team focuses on identifying and closing gaps in order to meet safety and integrity requirements while maintaining timeline and budget.


After working with the asset team to assess the current state of the project, and identify potential gaps in meeting any of the 65  key elements of a shut down, a plan was developed to close the gaps and build capability in executing and managing the upcoming turnaround. Key focus was placed on organization, processes, and system.
