Tony has over 25 years of extensive global experience in designing and implementing Change and Transformation programs in Energy, Chemicals and Industrials, as both, a Management Consultant in Gemini Consulting, KPMG, and Evolve Partners and most recently as a C-Suite Executive/Industrial Advisor for a Private Equity Group’s Industrial Portfolio company c. $450MM in revenue. Tony excels in turnarounds consisting of commercial and operational improvement and in the design and delivery of sea- change programs realizing between 3.5 – 8X EBITDA benefit within an 18 - 36-month period in several industries, including E&P, Midstream and Refinery & Marketing - Oil & Gas, Heavy Industrials, Chemicals and Life Sciences.

Expertise in combining strategic results and outcome planning, data capture and analytics, and operational strategy with leadership development and coaching to clarify, articulate and deliver previously unattainable value – realizing best demonstrated performance, every day. Tony speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese and has working knowledge of French and is LSS Certified MBB. He has contributed over $2B in financial results to the following clients: Arcelor-Mittal, Bayer AG, Devon, Conoco-Phillips, Dupont, IBM, Caterpillar, Bacardi, Grupo Santander and Synagro.
